Guide to the Timepaths 1: Intro

Deluxia Studios is proud to announce our next game coming to Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android. Timepaths is a single player card / puzzle game about using cards to convert resources from one to another before you run out of time. It's not a real time game though. Time is a limited resource used by cards (For example, the above card costs 15 seconds). You must use your time wisely, else you'll be trapped in time forever. More details will be explained later, but there is a lot of depth here.

The Idea

Timepaths was born after PowerCharge. I wanted to make something different, but another card game as I got familiar with how to make one. I still worked on other games (Nezzex City and Carni-Ball Night) but I wanted another card game, something simpler, single player, and most importantly, extremely customizable. Timepaths is easy enough for anyone with basic game knowledge to pick it up, while also containing features for people who want more. One of Deluxia’s main goals is that our games should have lots of options and customization. This game takes customization to the extreme with a new feature. Note: The interface may change slightly in the final release

The Card Editor

The card editor in Timepaths will allow you to make and program your own cards, without any knowledge of text based programming. You can then share these cards with other players. The card editor is a completely optional feature, and the game is still interesting even if you don't use it. I'll explain more about how it works later, but it's a feature I can't wait to see how people use it.

Every week I will release 2 updates. One for Timepath's gameplay, and one for the card editor. Join our discord or follow our X account to get notified about updates. Make sure to wishlist on Steam to get notified when the game releases.
